Nap or workout more effective at keeping energy levels good through day?

sgregory1522 asked:

I know that BOTH are good at keeping energy levels high…. but I need to exercise anyway and wonder if maybe I just do it during my nap nap I won’t need a nap time anymore. Anyone experimented with both? Which one is more effective?

Note: I could do both, but I’m really crunched for time and there is no way I can do exercise during the week. I can only exercise on the weekends. I haven’t started exercising regularly yet.

Oh, and in case you didn’t know they both are GREAT energy givers. Search in google, much better than caffeine.

  1. Napping does not increase metabolism all the time, however, working out always does. Sometimes in napping your body is not ready for sleep. So when you do, it starts a new sleep cycle, and if you interupt it and then start going, your metabolism will lower bcause now it’s thinking it needs the rest of that sleep you didn’t finish.

  2. I say take a nap then go work out
